Program changes
The BOS may cancel concerts and change the dates, times, programmes and performers announced due to ill-health of the artists, technical reasons or force majeure, or if so required for other reasons.

Changes of location
For justified and necessary organisation, technical and production reasons, the BOS reserves the right to relocate any season ticket holder by offering to him/her another seat in the same or a better area.

Ticket refund
Tickets will not be exchanged (except in the cases provided for season tickets) or refunded. The cancellation of the show will be the only acceptable reason for the refund of the tickets.

Non-payment
Failure to pay will result in the termination of the subscription. Not having paid an instalment on the date it is due, will involve the payment of the entire season ticket.

Special deals for young people
If the tickets available for young people are used by people who are above that age, the BOS will refuse their access to the premises and, in the case of season tickets, will automatically cancel the subscription.

Proof of identity
To enter the premises, it is essential that season ticket holders produce the appropriate card or ticket.

Children
Children under 5 are not allowed to enter the shows which are not aimed at children.

Punctuality
Out of consideration for the audience and the artists, please be punctual. You will not be allowed to enter the premises once the performance has started, except at intervals and breaks between plays.

Recordings and photographs
Taking photographs, filming or recording is not allowed inside Palacio Euskalduna.

Mobile phones
Mobile phones and all types of alarms must be disconnected before entering the premises.

Smoke-free area
Smoking is not allowed inside Palacio Euskalduna.

Right of admission
The BOS reserves the right to refuse admission.

Validity of these contents
The dates, programmes and prices included in this document are valid except for any typographical or material error.
